Deposit
A $100 deposit & signed contract is required to reserve your session date. Deposit is non-refundable.
The Fine Print
Couples/engagement & maternity sessions are just for couples (& pets), please consider booking a family session if you would like to include kids or other family members. Dogs are always welcome to every session! Travel fees apply to in-home sessions outside of Calgary.
Gallery
Your edited images will be ready within 14-20 days of your session date. You will receive a link via email and will be able to download your images or order prints from your gallery online.
(Please note that during Fall time your gallery will be ready within 25 days from your session date, as it is the busy season)
How many people can I include in the session?
A family session can include immediate family, such as children, spouses, and pets! Please contact me to discuss extended family sessions. Engagement/couples or maternity sessions are just for the couple. Please consider booking a family session if you would like to include children as well.
I am nervous my little one(s) wont cooperate or may be too shy. How can we ensure the session goes smoothly?
First and foremost, relax! Kids can feel when we are stressed. I will take the time to get to know your little one(s) and get them comfortable before we start shooting. I always love capturing authentic smiles in very silly ways, so don't worry about telling them to smile or "cheese". I aim to make sessions as fun as possible for children of every age. We play fun games, have activities, sing songs, and take play breaks while we move to different spots. I always recommend having a meal before the session and bringing extra snacks or treats (a little bribery never hurt). Also ensure naps are taken, so we have a happy kiddo.
Do you offer mini sessions?
There are certain times of the year that I do offer mini sessions! Motherhood Minis, in late April or Christmas themed minis in November/December. You can keep updated on all my promotions by following me on Facebook or Instagram! If you're not on social media, you can be added to me mini session email list.
I love candid & authentic images but I also want a few posed images of everyone looking at the camera. Is that possible?
Absolutly! I always try to get a few more posed images, with everyone smiling at the camera. I like to mix in a few traditional images into your gallery as well.
Do you offer props, wraps or special posing for your In-home lifestyle newborn sessions?
My approach to newborn photography is to capture the entire family with the main focus being on its newest member. I love capturing you comfortably in the home you've created for your little one, documenting sibling love and the natural moments that happen during the session. The main focus being the love and excitement of welcoming your baby to your family. I do not use any props nor do I offer special posing, as that requires specific studio equipment and lighting.
Do you offer discounts for multiple session booked?
Yes! Book two sessions together and you will receive 15% off on the second one. This is perfect for maternity & newborn packages being booked together.
